Roxboro Savings Bank now offers you round-the-clock account access with the new Teller Direct® 24-Hour Telephone Banking System. By calling the number listed above, you can obtain account information all at the touch of a button. All you need to do is provide your ten-digit account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Getting the information you need has never been faster or easier!

With Teller Direct®, account information is at your fingertips. Teller Direct® functions include:

Checking and Savings Accounts

General inquiry information, including current and available balance, history information, checks/debits cleared and transfer capability.

Certificates of Deposit

General inquiry information, including account balance, maturity date, interest rate, etc.
 

Getting Started with Teller Direct®

  1. Enter the Teller Direct® telephone number (1-800-436-5137) on your touch-tone phone.
     
  2. Following the Teller Direct® instructions, enter your:
  • Account number: For most accounts, you must first identify at which branch the account was opened. Enter "01" for the Main Office, or "02" for the Timberlake Commons branch.
  • For checking, enter the branch number followed by the eight-digit account number located at the bottom of your checks (leave off the last two digits).
  • For savings, enter the branch number and "00". Then enter the six-digit account number listed in your passbook.
  • For certificates of deposit, simply enter the branch # followed by the eight-digit account number listed in your passbook.
  • For consumer loans, enter the branch number and account number. Then enter the last eight digits of the account number listed in your passbook.
  • For mortgage loans, enter the branch number and account number. Then enter the eight-digit account number listed in your passbook.
  • Password: The pre-defined Teller Direct® password will be the last four digits of the primary Social Security number on the account.
  1. Select any of the Teller Direct® account options, including account inquiries and histories.

Drive-Up ATM

Make a deposit or withdraw from checking or savings 24 hours a day without leaving your car. Also withdraw cash from all STAR locations worldwide. You can only make deposits with our cards at our ATMs.

VISA CheckCard - Accepted wherever you see the VISA logo.

Works like an ATM card - Need to deposit or withdraw funds? VISA CheckCard gives you access to all these services whenever you need them.

Safeguarded - You will be assigned a personal identification number (PIN).
